Stores are concentrated in Broome County, including Binghamton, Vestal and Johnson City, and in Tompkins County, including Ithaca, Dryden and Trumansburg. Licensed stores also operate in Chemung County, including Elmira and Horseheads; in Steuben County, including Corning; in Delaware County, including Delhi and Unadilla; and in Tioga County, including Waverly.
